Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and to receive a tracking number. My goal is always to have your products out the door within one week of purchase; however, shipping carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Furniture pieces are made to order and require extended production time. Delivery timelines for furniture may exceed standard shipping windows and will vary based on craftsmanship and availability.
If an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at no additional cost.
Returns & Warranty
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Items that contain a motor are protected by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. To maintain warranty eligibility, proper product care is required. The warranty is void without the purchase and use of an approved cleansing mist and toy tote to ensure hygienic storage and maintenance.
