Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Items that contain a motor are protected by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
To maintain warranty eligibility, proper product care is required. The warranty is void without the purchase and use of an approved cleansing mist and toy tote to ensure hygienic storage and maintenance.
