K Confidential is a small, woman-owned business proudly operated by just me- Kristen, and every order is handled with personal care and attention. All packages are shipped discreetly and confidentially from my home directly to yours — your privacy is always respected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and to receive a tracking number. My goal is always to have your products out the door within one week of purchase; however, shipping carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe. 

Furniture pieces are made to order and require extended production time. Delivery timelines for furniture may exceed standard shipping windows and will vary based on craftsmanship and availability.

If an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at no additional cost.
